A few musings from Kansas by a high school literature teacher. Over the past few months, this blog has turned a commentary on media. I will probably continue to focus on film and television, but books and music might sneak in... Another Superman Returns trailer... This movie is looking better and better every trailer that I see. I really hope they stop telling us pieces of the story, however. I hate it when I go into a movie and know what is going to happen because the trailer spoiled it for me.

I am a Literature teacher in Kansas. Currently, I am wondering if it is possible to communicate a passion for Lit in a way that my students will catch the same passion...or any passion for that matter! :-) (Ahh - the joys of communicating a deep love of language to high school students with the added challenge of quite possibly having the worst spelling in the history of English teachers. ) :-)
