A few musings from Kansas by a high school literature teacher. Over the past few months, this blog has turned a commentary on media. I will probably continue to focus on film and television, but books and music might sneak in... I am a Literature teacher in Kansas. Currently, I am wondering if it is possible to communicate a passion for Lit in a way that my students will catch the same passion...or any passion for that matter! :-) (Ahh - the joys of communicating a deep love of language to high school students with the added challenge of quite possibly having the worst spelling in the history of English teachers. ) :-)

I'm not really sure that I want to be a superhero. Actually, I'd prefer being a superhero's love interest. (Giggle, giggle -- Hel-LO! Tom Welling!)

hi, just FYI, Yes you can clone Superman, but then you just get Bizarro - and that makes things really weird...especially if you wind up on planet Htrae :)
